Kuwait – Mubasher: First Takaful Insurance Company filed a lawsuit against Warba Insurance, requesting the appointment of a consultant to liquidate the accounts between the two companies.
The case will be reviewed by the court on 22 November 2016, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company noted that the liquidation will have a financial impact on the debit account of Warba Insurance.
